The business serves a wide range of audiences, from healthcare professionals to trade specialists, and is exploring new ways to connect with these communities through social media.</p> <p class="gn-reveal">The organisation had historically managed social media activity internally, but identified an opportunity to introduce external expertise to help evolve its approach and unlock the potential of social channels as part of its wider digital strategy.</p> <p class="gn-reveal">Working closely with the marketing team, <strong>The GO Network</strong> identified agencies with strong experience in social media strategy, content creation and community building, before introducing relevant partners through its agency showcase process.</p> <p class="gn-reveal">Joshua Doherty, Digital Marketing Specialist at Mi Hub, said:</p> <blockquote class="gn-blockquote gn-reveal">"It's been really smooth and easy to work with The GO Network.
