Founded in Manchester in 2018, GO! was established out of the acknowledgement and first-hand experience that the marketing landscape was changing. Brand leaders are under more scrutiny and presented with more choices than ever before. Agencies are either being left behind or struggling to be heard.

The GO! model was born as the solution. Driven by two brothers with over 25 years combined experience in the industry, leading an exceptional team across the UK, GO! is raising the bar of Brand-Agency relationships.

Gareth Oakley

Co-Founder

A former Business Development & Client Relationship Director, Gareth has 15+ years of delivering solutions into the UK’s Tech, Marketing, Advertising & Digital communities, alongside one of the most robust networks of senior decision-makers within the UK’s marketing, digital & e-commerce communities.

Likes:

Spending time on the British coast, a busy family & social life, obscure facts, all sports.

Russell Oakley

Co-Founder

A former General Manager & Business Development Director for multiple creative agencies and publishers in London and Manchester, Russell has 12+ years of successfully launching and developing commercially successful Agency New Business Development teams.

90’s indie bands, sport, time with my young family.

Dislikes:

Ignorance, all iterations of Masterchef

Faye Guy

Head of Finance & Operations

With a successful background in finance and operations, Faye's been on the team since its inception. The ‘Glue Behind the Scenes’ Faye works across the business and externally as our lead on finance, HR, operations and office culture.

Charlotte Boerescu-Kelly

Head of Marketing

Leading the marketing function across all areas of the GO! Network, from creating new opportunities for our agencies to boosting the GO! brand to new audiences, Charlotte's responsible for making sure that everything we put out reflects our greatest strengths - our drive, culture and expertise.

Dominic Wren

Brand Relationship Manager

With over 14 years experience across all elements of FS / Fintech and 8 years working in the world of marketing and digital, Dominic leads brand relationships across Financial Services, FinTech and B2B. One of the first to join the GO! journey, Dominic has helped grow the GO! Network from the get-go.

Adam Walker

Brand Relationship Manager

Adam heads up Utilities and all things Tech for the Brand Partnership team. His previous experience lies in building marketing and digital teams for industry leading brands and heading up online partnerships for one of the largest B2B Energy Comparison brands in the UK.

Craig Jackson

Brand Relationship Manager

Craig is a personable, passionate Brand Partnership Manager and is the FMCG, Food & Drink and Hospitality specialist at GO! Craig's worked with some of the world’s best-known brands such as Diageo, Asahi, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Britvic and Heineken, understands the landscape, and focuses on the right channels, budgets, and challenges for his clients.

Alicia Williams

Brand Relationship Manager

Alicia is the retail specialist for the GO! Network. With previous experience working with large retailers such as John Lewis, Marks and Spencer’s, The White Company and Space NK, her in-depth insight into fashion, beauty, Alicia's a brilliant external partner who can always give unbiased advice and support to the retail brands that use us.

Darren Harsley

Brand Relationship Manager

Darren has over 12 years of experience working with brands in the retail and e-commerce sector. He has supported small, medium, challenger and disrupter brands throughout his career, assisting them with their marketing and digital strategies. Darren’s areas of focus at GO! are grocer, subscriptions, tech/gadgets, sports, betting and automotive.

Tom Davies

Brand Relationship Manager

Tom is a part of the Brand Partnership team, who is specialising in Professional Services alongside Sports Leagues and Clubs due to his prior experience within the sports industry. Tom has previous Business Development experience and is eager to become an expert in his vertical within GO! and build real lasting relationships with brands.

Sam Johnson

Brand Relationship Manager

With a keen interest in psychology and consumer behaviour, Sam hedas up consumer goods in the Brand team; focussing on consumer durables, appliances, sporting goods and sportswear. He comes from a strong business development and recruitment background having worked with well-known brands across 3 core disciplines Marketing, Digital and Tech.

As a former agency Account Director, Chloe comes with a track record of working with brand owners and senior marketing decision-makers to guide brands across on and offline channels. Chloe applies her industry experience with her success growing accounts and winning business to GO! and all of our brand and agency network members.

Harry Mason

GO! Network Executive

Harry brings relevant brand industry experience from his time as a brand ambassador with Sipsmith gin organising and promoting local events and campaigns for brand growth. He applies his recent experience as a communications executive directly to GO! where a key focus is to bring all teams together and keeping our agency network up to date with the latest insights and brief development.
