<p class="gn-lede gn-reveal">Having supported more than 130,000 learners across the UK, Open Study College is well established in the distance learning space but with growing competition from low-cost providers, universities, and ed-tech platforms, the brand saw a need to define what truly sets it apart.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The GO Network partnered with the internal marketing team to explore learner motivations, brand perception, and sales dynamics then led a targeted agency search prioritising experience in education, proposition development, and emotional storytelling.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The brief included USP development, strapline refinement, and message testing, designed to reinforce the brand's relevance and long-term connection with its learner community.</p>

<p class="gn-reveal"><strong>MIMO Brands</strong> will now lead the development of a refined brand positioning for Open Study College, delivering a full messaging hierarchy, brand narrative, and practical tools to help embed the work internally across marketing and learner communications.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The strategy will aim to retain and amplify the brand's commitment to accessibility, flexibility, and learner empowerment, while creating a platform for long-term growth in both consumer and commercial markets.</p>
