<p class="gn-lede gn-reveal">Citizens Advice delivers annual campaigns to help the UK public better understand their energy usage and costs. For 2025, the team sought a media agency with expertise in reaching 18–24 year olds, particularly those living below the poverty line and facing energy-related financial pressures.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The GO Network supported a tailored agency search focused on data-led, digital-first media partners with experience in socially driven campaigns, online behaviour targeting, and delivering results on tightly held charity budgets.</p>

<h2 class="gn-reveal">The Appointment</h2>
<p class="gn-reveal">SHC Digital will lead the media planning, buying, and performance reporting for the campaign, launching Autumn 2025.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">With social media and digital engagement at the heart of the audience strategy, SHC will build a cross-channel plan that includes audio, display, search, and youth-focused platforms.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The campaign aims to drive meaningful engagement with energy advice content on the Citizens Advice website, measured through impressions, visits, and engagement across key content areas such as shared billing, supplier understanding, and setting up utilities when moving home.</p>
