MenKind x Space48


The Challenge

MenKind, one of the UK’s leading and fastest growing retailers of gifts and gadgets had had the same web design for a number of years. Performance had been gradually deteriorating and was proving to be a real pain point in allowing the business to grow. A number of functional and design issues meant that the MenKind brand was achieving conversion rates well below industry standards and a steady decline in organic search performance. Detailed user research and market analysis lead MenKind to seek a Magento specialist partner to completely re-develop their website and provide ongoing digital support.

Working closely with the Managing Director, GO! delivered a detailed brief including technical considerations, integrations with existing third-party providers and supporting research and audit information required for agencies to accurately understand the scale of the project.

GO! then conducted a diligent and detailed agency search assessing technical competencies, past experience including detailed case studies, pricing structures and proposed project timescales to arrive at a robust shortlist of 5 specialist agencies.

Following the brand review of the shortlist, GO! managed the pitch process including delivering pitch briefs, managing logistics / admin for all meetings and providing a detailed selection and feedback framework.
