<p class="gn-lede gn-reveal">Finlayson Media Communications (FMC) has appointed digital agency Secret Source Marketing to lead the implementation of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub, following a competitive pitch process managed by The GO Network.</p>
<h2 class="gn-reveal">The Search</h2>
<p class="gn-reveal">FMC is a leading media and services business within the UK dental sector, with over 30 years of experience supporting dental professionals through publications, events, and an expanding suite of practice services.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">As the business continues to evolve, particularly with the launch of <strong>Dentistry Practice Services</strong>, FMC identified the need to modernise its marketing infrastructure and unify its data and processes within a single platform.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The GO Network worked closely with <strong>Claudia Knight</strong>, Head of CRM at FMC, to define a brief centred on implementing HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub alongside existing Sales and Service functionality.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The objective was to replace legacy tools such as Mailchimp, introduce scalable automation, and create a seamless, GDPR-compliant customer journey across multiple brands, channels, and touchpoints.</p>

<h2 class="gn-reveal">The Appointment</h2>
<p class="gn-reveal">Secret Source Marketing will now lead the full implementation of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub, including data migration, system integration, workflow automation, and dashboard reporting.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The agency will support FMC in consolidating its marketing operations into a single platform, enabling improved lead nurturing, campaign execution, and performance tracking across email, events, paid media, and CRM activity.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The project will also introduce a new preference centre and subscription architecture, allowing FMC to manage communications across multiple brands and audiences in a more targeted and compliant way.</p>
