<p class="gn-lede gn-reveal">The Energy Savers campaign is a key national initiative from Citizens Advice, aiming to engage audiences most likely to be living on or below the poverty line, encouraging them to self-serve advice content via online and offline channels before they reach a point of crisis.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">Citizens Advice required a media agency with a strong grasp of inclusive targeting, experience with hard-to-reach audiences, and proven performance across both digital and offline channels. The GO Network worked with the internal campaigns team to define detailed audience profiles and manage a multi-stage search with an immovable budget and timeline.</p>

<h2 class="gn-reveal">The Appointment</h2>
<p class="gn-reveal"><strong>Banc</strong>, a Manchester-based digital performance agency, will now lead the planning and execution of the campaign, delivering cross-channel advertising including Google Display, digital media, and targeted placements aligned to key audience behaviours.</p>
<p class="gn-reveal">The campaign will run across October–November and aims to drive awareness and online engagement with Citizens Advice's energy tools, reducing pressure on helplines while supporting proactive advice access at scale.</p>
