The employee benefits and wellbeing platform Worklife by OpenMoney has appointed Chelmsford-based Better Agency to support the delivery of the platform’s digital marketing strategy and reach even more businesses seeking to improve employee wellbeing.

Following a competitive pitch process, WorkLife has appointed GO! Network member Better Agency, to support across a full range of digital marketing requirements, including web development, pay-per-click (PPC), paid social, and automation.

On the appointment, Laura Dugdale, Marketing Manager at WorkLife said:

“We've got an ambitious strategy and needed an agency that can step up to the challenge. We saw a number of quality agencies, but Better Agency went above and beyond what we expected.

The team understands our mission of helping businesses enhance staff wellbeing, and how this can impact hiring and retaining talent, and they were able to find creative solutions to issues that will help support us today, tomorrow, and in the long-term.”

On WorkLife’s experience of working with The GO! Network to find an agency partner, Laura said: “We're grateful to the team at GO! who worked tirelessly to ensure we had the right brief, and that agencies with the best fit were pitching.

They could not have done more for us, and offered constant support to help us visualise our goals.”

On being appointed as WorkLife’s agency of choice, Better Agency Founder and Managing Director, Richard Brenkley said:

“We are so excited to be working with WorkLife to help them achieve their goals for growth in the coming months.
