Due to a period of significant growth at GO!, we are looking to appoint a Network / Membership Manager as part of our driven and collaborative agency account management team.

The GO! Network team sits at the heart of GO! and are the external face of the business for all its agency members and are responsible for supporting all internal teams to drive the business and contribute to commercial growth via agency membership renewal.

The GO! Network Managers are responsible for managing and communicating to agencies during their membership and for increasing the rate of membership renewals through attentive client management, clear communication, and direct insights and membership performance reporting.

Indirectly, the role supports both the brand and agency partnership managers with their targeted outreach with an ‘always on’ mindset with the ambition of growing the value of The GO! Network.

You will continually consider how GO! membership can be improved from both an experience and value perspective, ensuring members receive tangible value from their membership, have every opportunity for ROI and enjoy their business growth journey with GO!

The Role of GO! Network Manager

Key Responsibilities:

In line with the core function of The GO! Network team, the role has responsibilities and deliverables which support across all teams and drive revenue in the business each with a set of clearly defined objectives.

These are split across several core areas:

  • Driving revenue via membership renewal.
  • Increasing agency membership value via the deliver of insight & specialist knowledge for your agency specialism area,
  • Improving agency member happiness and experience levels.
  • Managing the delivery of research & insights to support the internal business teams.
  • Improving efficiency, communication levels, financial commission, and general administrative support.

The varied role offers the opportunity to become a specialist Network Manager managing an internal team and portfolio of agencies across specific agency specialisms.

The right candidate will have a desire and ambition to learn and will be rewarded with opportunity and a clear development plan.

Required Experience / Knowledge


  • Client services/account management experience.
  • Experience in managing own portfolio of clients, both existing and new.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proof of working to and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Sales experience using a consultative approach to achieve targets.
  • Experience in prospecting, managing, and driving external commercial partnership relationships.
  • Competence of managing personal and team workload and priorities.
  • Experience of mentoring and managing a team.
  • Experience within a senior role within an account management structure, responsible for problem solving to maintain client happiness.


Agency experience in a field relating to one of the following industries:

  • Creative
  • Marketing
  • Digital marketing
  • Development
  • Advertising
  • Ad-tech
  • PR
