The London-based agency will be working with the Sofology team to – amongst other things – breathe new life into their organic social strategy, drive customer advocacy, and creatively engage audiences with the brand.
The pitch process, handled by GO!, engaged 5 agencies in the first instance before completing in a two-way competitive pitch.
The decision wasn’t easy – on the quality of agencies involved in the process, Jan Duckworth, Brand Director at Sofology, shared that all were a "great fit for our team and brought the exact, specialist input we wanted. Brief answered 100%."
