The independent charity will be working with GO! Network members Story Group to lead on a new brand awareness campaign in 2024 after a competitive pitch process.
The agency will lead on a refreshed brand marketing campaign including media planning and buying to help tell the story of Citizens Advice to a range of key audiences over the year ahead.
Citizens Advice initially approached GO! looking for a full-service creative agency that could work with the organisation to support on the strategy and delivery of a new brand marketing campaign that can reach abroad range of key audiences, including those that need their support the most.
On the process, Donna Wardell, Head of Brand and Marketing at Citizens Advice, shared; “We approached GO! to kickstart our search for relevant agencies, as well to seek independent support and feedback on the agencies we might be able to work with.
From our first meeting, we felt that our needs were completely understood, and each agency we were matched with showed a real understanding of our aims and brief.”
After a final competitive pitch including 3 agencies, Story were ultimately appointed as Lead Creative partner for the brand campaign.

The teams will be working together with immediate effect and initial work is already underway.
