As a foundation to this next stage for the business, we are currently looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated In-House Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Role of Design Lead
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should possess a passion for design and be capable of creating visually compelling designs that are consistent with our brand messaging and resonate with our B2B customers.
As an In-House Designer, you will work in close collaboration with our marketing team to produce a diverse range of marketing materials, product packaging, web graphics, and other visual communication materials to support our business objectives.
Key responsibilities of this role, with support from the wider marketing team, will include:
- Working with our marketing team to comprehend business objectives, service positioning, and target audience, and converting them into compelling visual designs.
- Designing and producing marketing materials, including case studies, testimonials, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, infographics, email templates, web banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials that align with the brand guidelines.
- Creating and maintaining a library of design assets and sales collateral that can be used across multiple channels.
- Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all briefs are comprehended, deadlines are met, and design output is of high quality.
- Providing design support to other teams as needed, such as designing internal and external presentation templates, event materials, and sales documentation.
- Staying abreast of design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Professional Experience
- 3+ years experience working as a graphic designer.
- Demonstrated experience of creating content for a B2B business looking to drive awareness, engagement, and marketing qualified leads.
- A background in marketing working either for an agency or in-house team.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders for delivery of key projects.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the marketing world, either with reference to specific channels and specialisms, or through direct experience in a marketing function or business.
Current Tools & Platforms (Experience Highly Desirable)
- Demonstrated expertise in using Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva to create high-quality designs for various marketing and communication channels.
- Proficient in using Office 365 software.
- Experience using video editing software to edit event footage for use across social channels.
- Experience in using Monday.com to manage design projects.
- Copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills are highly desirable.

- A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with design trends, technologies, and the marketing industry.
